There is one bedroom, a double-bedded room (assorted duvet togs available) feather or hollow fibre pillows, book shelf with reading material, touch lighting and chest of drawers with mounted mirror.

The front-facing lounge has TV and DVD, leather reclining loungers, bookcase with a variety of literature, novels, magazines, games and local tourist information leaflets.

WiFi Internet access is available for those bringing a PC or WiFI enabled phone etc.

The bathroom has an electric shower over bath, white suite with vanity cupboards, appropriate mirrors and assorted fluffy towels, "His" and "Hers" towelling robes and shampoos etc.

The dining kitchen has gas cooking and heating, combi-boiler, giving constant hot water, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and separate freezer, ceiling and worktop lights. All pots/pans, cutlery, dishes and cooking utensils are of high quality with plenty of storage cupboards for iron, iron board, vacuum cleaner, domestic waste and recycling bins.

The rental charge includes the cost of  all gas, electricity, bed-linens and towels.
