Concerts

 The Chorus gives two or three concerts per year.

2009/2010 Season:

This season the winter concert will be:

  • 'Magnificat in G minor' by Vivaldi,
    'Let God arise' (Chandos Anthem No 11) by Handel,
    'Let thy hand be strengthened' (Coronation Anthem No 4) by Handel,
    'Gloria' by Vivaldi,
    Saturday, December 12th, 2009, 7.30, in the Younger Hall.

In the spring we shall sing:

  • 'Venite populi', 'Kyrie in D minor' and 'Ave verum corpus' by Mozart
    'Mass in C minor' by Mozart (New Novello completion by Philip Wilby)
