Concerts

 The Chorus gives two or three concerts per year.

2010/2011 Season:

Dates of rehearsals are Sept 24 - Dec 11 and Jan 28 - May 6.

This season the winter concert will be:

  • 'Nelson Mass' by Haydn (New Novello edition),
    'Cantique de Jean Racine' by Fauré (Novello edition),
    'Stabat Mater' (World premier of orchestral version) by Paul Mealor,
    Saturday, December 11th, 2010, 7.30, in the Younger Hall.

In the spring we shall sing:

  • 'Dream of Gerontius' by Elgar (New Novello edition),
    Saturday, May 7th, 2011, 7.30, in the Younger Hall.
